Muar, Johor born cyclist mentioned this would be his 4th entry with Niew Hoop Tielen (NHT) after last year.
I hope my participation in JM 2009 would be a platform to polish my riding skills before joining back NHT on the 3rd of May 2009.
"A great difference with the chances of training in Belgium is that I get to improve the speed and skills through its environment. Almost every week there are races to participate for us to improve our performance," said the 26 years old cyclist.
Son of Daud Ibrahim, a cycling champion who was a gold medalist in Sukan Asia 1970 and gained 5 gold medals in Sukan SEAP 1971, said he aims for the RTM jersey (Malaysia's Best Cyclist).
This year, the routes are more exciting and challenging for all the riders but I am sure to go for it and assists Akmal and Zamani especially at the sprint zones.
